Experience it with the kids
This year, wrap up the summer holidays at Boulevard. Not only are there performances especially for children, but also other activities that make for a great day out at IK MAAK MEE on the Parade.
There’s a little wooden library full of books and stories. Just next door you’ll find our sandpit with a covered area. You can also print your own IK MAAK MEE design on a T-shirt. Plus, there’s an open stage where every child can become a real performer! Sing a song, tell a story, or do a funny dance. And the parents? Of course, they’ll be proudly applauding. You’ll find all this at IK MAAK MEE in the festival heart on the Parade. Next to this area are the toilets — nice and practical ;) — as well as a terrace from which you can watch the IK MAAK MEE square.
There’s also a free Sprokkelroute. Children can set off on their own with a blank card in hand. This card leads them via small challenges to various spots where they can collect stamps to give their card shape and colour.
Want to grab a bite with the kids? At restaurant LOF there’s a special kids’ menu with:
- Cup of tomato soup with basil cream
- Mini beef carpaccio with parmesan and pesto
- Naan pizza margherita
- Mini burger with fries
- Salmon casserole with spinach and baby potatoes
Good to know
- A ticket is € 8,50 for children and € 13,50 for adults
