GAMMEL (4+)

The old man is done. Or at least, that is what the world around him says. He must make room for all the children who cannot wait to be born. And so, he waits. Until one day, he hears a strange sound at his front door. When he opens it, there is a baby. Out of nowhere. And when he turns around, the child has suddenly become a toddler.

In 'Gammel' (4+), an unusual friendship develops between an old man and a mysterious child. A musical theatre performance with puppets, exploring the feeling of being needed.

About the artists
Studio Figur creates physical, visual, and musical puppet theatre for both children and adults. Their work is poetic and sensory, touching on contemporary themes. With puppets and live music, they invite the audience into an alternate reality where imagination takes centre stage.
