Arjuna Vermeulen is a theatre maker, breaker, and artistic director of Cypher HQ. Drawing on his roots in hip-hop culture, he explores how physical movement can make societal themes visible. Encounter, friction, and connection are central to his work, where breakin’, improvisation, and scenography converge in a unique theatrical language. As a PLAN maker, he develops performances and research projects at the intersection of street culture and theatre.
