Using dance as her language and imagination as her engine, she explains—step by step—how to fly. On stage, at least. Laura López Ferrer will be narrating an audiodescription on stage.

In a world where everything seems to follow rules and step-by-step instructions, Teresa chooses the freedom of the theatre. Here, she imagines she can fly. Not literally, but as an act of imagination and quiet rebellion. In 'Instructions on how to fly', she presents a manual: clear, convincing, and at times absurd. A game between body, text, and image, where falling is just as meaningful as taking off. The repetition of words—“today yes, yesterday yes, the window yes”—creates a hypnotic rhythm that pulls you in. What starts as an exercise in lightness unfolds into a deeply personal quest for space, longing, and freedom.

About the artist
Teresa Almenar Aviñó is a 23-year-old dancer and performer from Valencia. With a background in dance, clowning, capoeira, guitar, and video, she creates layered performances full of imagination. Her work is rooted in imagery, text, and theatrical presence, always in search of the moment when everything comes together—right now.
