Les Patineurs is a theatrical battle on roller skates inspired by the recent revival of roller derby, a roller skating sport in which two teams compete against each other on a circular track. A humorous show for all ages.

The performance Les Patineurs originated from a roller skating act created by Yolaine Dooms and Jasper D'Hondt of the Flemish circus company 15Feet6 (or 473 cm - the length of the Russian barre with which it all started for the company). In this 20-minute performance, the two evenly matched roller skaters prepare for the competition led by two coaches selected from the audience. They are guided through the warm-up by a commentator. The music in Les Patineurs was created by Emile Waldteufel, who composed La Valse des Patineurs.
Les Patineurs by 15Feet6 will have its Dutch premiere on Friday August 4 at 19:00h.
