Lost Dog/ Ben Duke | GB

British theatre maker and choreographer Ben Duke likes to put classic novels on the chopping block. Next victim: A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens, a novel about flaming revolution, torching love and searing revenge. Duke goes the extra mile in this delightful mix of [English spoken] theatre, dance and live camera work.

Location Verkadefabriek/Grote Zaal
Running time 100 min.
Genre Theatre, dance

It’s a work that deserves to be widely seen, not only by dance audiences or Dickens fans. ****
