Sophie van den Berg is studying at the Koningstheateracademie and has just completed her third year. She loves to sing – preferably jazz – and ideally in Dutch. Since there isn’t much of that around, she decided to create it herself.

In a short set, together with guitarist Benjamin Blokhuis, she performs her own songs: light jazz with a touch of cabaret. Nothing “grand and dramatic,” just a young woman with a voice, a longing for softness, a story, and a love for music.

Future Feels: Unplugged is part of Future Feels: the student programme of Boulevard. 
Students from Avans Creative Innovation (Den Bosch and Breda) and Fontys Academy of the Arts (Tilburg) join forces, bringing their youthful creative fire to a shared stage. A vibrant space where new talents in theatre, dance, cabaret, visual arts, and music can be discovered throughout the day. Future Feels is the programme where students and the festival meet — a space where the makers of tomorrow create, present, and exchange ideas together.
