Anger can be dangerous, especially when it turns into violence. But should it always be kept under control? Are there things not worth fighting for—fiercely and unapologetically?

With 'Anger Management', a performance for four dancers, the Joshua Monten Dance Company gives form to what happens when we let grudges loose, abandon politeness and fake smiles. When we open the floodgates of our fury—who knows where the current will carry us? Perhaps to new forms of reconciliation, intimacy, and emancipation.

Anger, when expressed through dance, can be truly beautiful. Over the past ten years, the Joshua Monten Dance Company has specialised in working with fleeting elements like emotion and energy. In 'Anger Management', a stream of emotionally charged movements transforms into a virtuosic and imaginative choreography.
