At the Parade, you will find a mouthwatering array of goodies. Restaurants, food trucks, bars, the coffee shop and terraces. From luxurious to simple, from fish and vegetarian/vega to steak, biofrites and ice cream. From lunch to dinner, from champagne to lemonade with tap water. Attention: you can only pay by card.
Restaurants
- LOF
The chefs of Breton Sur Place are setting up at De Paardenstal this year. Accessible, with vegetarian, meat and fish à la carte. The place for lunch and dinner. The addictive classic: Zeeland mussels.
You can bring your kids; there is a special kids menu including chicken cocktail, tomato soup and vegetable lasagne. For a table at the restaurant you can walk in or reserve on the spot for another day.
Open from 12:00 until close.
- Bistro B
Bistro B returns to the foyer of Theater aan de Parade this year - with terrace - offering a modern French cuisine. Low threshold, high quality. Imagine yourself abroad on the beautiful square with delicious food and drinks, from a lovely bisque, salade nicoise, coq au vin to a plat du jour. Reservations can be made on the day itself.
Open from 14:00 until close (weekends), weekdays from 15:00.
- La Couronne fine dining
La Couronne is the intimate pop-up fine dining restaurant in the heart of the festival. The restaurant seats 24 guests and for two hours you can enjoy a four-course dinner with a matching wine arrangement.
At La Couronne you are taken on a culinary journey with delicious food and fine wines. The wines have been selected in collaboration with Henk Boer Winery.

Dinner is served in two sittings, from 17:30-19:30 and 20:00-22:00. On Friday/Saturday/Sunday lunch is also available from 12:00-16:00.

Drinks & Experience - Drinks + show
The perfect way to spend a team outing or a late-summer activity with friends and/or family. Together you attend a show of your choice. Before or afterwards we will treat you to an hour of drinks including craft beer and nuts.

3x Tasting - Dinner + 2 shows
Three tastings in one day. In the afternoon you attend a show, followed by dinner at LOF (drinks included). After dinner you attend the second show, at the Parade or at an external venue.

The Summer Matinee - Lunch and show
A wonderful way to spend a summer's day in August. Come and have lunch at LOF (drinks included) and afterwards attend a show at/around the Parade.

- Bollyfoods
Bollyfoods serves Indian meals and snacks from brightly coloured food trucks and has been a favourite at Boulevard for over 13 years.
Did you know that Matthew — with roots in India — and Geertje once won the Food Truck 24Kitchen Contest, and Bollyfoods was crowned the NATIONAL WINNER in the Food Truck of the Year 2023-2024 category at the Dutch hospitality awards.
- De Garage Pitstop
For those who need a quick pit stop to refuel. An opinionated, non-Italian Italian at the Boulevard. Straight from the kitchen of Restaurant De Garage and now on four wheels. A fresh look, but with the same distinctive flavour. Food truck De Garage Pitstop is there for the speedy hungry racing driver, the laughing or crying theatre-goer, and the Burgundian drinks lover who wants just something a little different from a bitterbal.
- Karoli Limoncello
Local heroes Kas, Daan and Luuk will be pouring their homemade, laid-back, lip-smackingly delicious limoncello during the two festival weekends.
- Ik smelt voor jou (I melt for you)
At Ik smelt voor jou you can enjoy delicious ice creams.
- Friethoes
The place on the grounds for delicious fries.
- Bara bus
Enjoy the Surinamese-Javanese cuisine.
- Special Bars
This year there is once again a wine bar where you can enjoy a lovely glass of wine, with an extra floor for a view. On the menu, among others, Pfaffl Riesling, Primitivo, Gris des Seigneurs rosé and Tinto de Verano. There is also the craft beer forest again*, featuring many craft beers — familiar names such as Hoegaarden, Leffe, Karmeliet, Hertog Jan Grand Prestige, but also Deus and Ginette — so something for everyone, including various 0.0% beers.

- Artwork: the Hertog Jan La Tramontana bar
It's not just for looking at, it's for using too. A bar that draws its sustainable energy from wind and sun, with 16 solar panels and a central wind turbine. In the evening, La Tramontana uses the energy to illuminate itself. The parasols, the interior and the sides of the tent are all lit up. At this bar you can enjoy Hertog Jan Grand Pilsener, among others.
Finally:
- At our bars we work with deposit cups. When you return your cup you will receive your deposit back, which will be transferred to your account. In most cases this takes three to five working days to appear in your account.
- You are welcome to take your food truck bites anywhere to sit, including on the terraces. Enjoy your meal!
