The building houses offices and studios for rehearsals. Theatre and dance makers use these spaces for rehearsals or workshops. Other initiatives are also welcome. Various organisations work in the halls in the evenings and during the weekends. The residents of Pand 18 support and stimulate these partnerships.

Bosse Nova Foundation
Stichting Bosse Nova, the foundation from which Theaterfestival Boulevard is organised, is one of the residents in Pand 18. Bosse Nova is a cultural organisation, production, and consultancy agency situated in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. Bosse Nova provides services to individual artists, companies and festivals. The foundation helps them to develop productions artistically, productionally, and for business as well as funding. Current projects op Bosse Nova are Theaterfestival Boulevard ‘s-Hertogenbosch and Kunstbende Noord-Brabant. They also provide support for Bosch Parade, Festival Cement and Tamar Blom & Francesca Lazzeri, members of the former company Wild Vlees.
